Abstract:
Beginning with an overview of American and European Eugenics ideology, this video documentary delves into instruments of mass murder developed first on the bodies of people with disabilities. Shares the July 20th, 2001 visit of five disabled persons to the Psychiatric Krankenhaus in Bernburg, Germany, where the majority of the footage was shot.
